On 3 July 2026, St. Christopher’s School, Nanyuki held its annual Talent Show, this year themed “Talent in Motion: Showcasing Creativity, Confidence & Excellence”, with the school’s own poolside serving as the stage for an afternoon of singing, dancing, drama, poetry and more.

True to this year’s tagline, “Powered by Desire to Excel but Driven by Values,” the show brought together pupils from across Primary and Junior Secondary to perform in front of family, staff and invited guests of honour, Maria, Rufina, Silas and Miss Laikipia, who joined the celebration.

The programme covered singing, dancing, a fashion show, drama, poetry and spoken word, freeze dance, hula hoop and instrumental performances, giving pupils of every interest a stage to showcase what they do best.

A Stage for Every Kind of Talent

  • A fashion show built around creativity and sustainability, with costumes crafted from upcycled materials.
  • A traditional Maasai cultural dance performed in full beaded regalia.
  • High-energy group dance routines, an acrobatic display and a Rubik’s cube speed-solving demonstration.
  • Lighter moments too, including a good-humoured eating contest that had the crowd cheering.
